R.I.O.T. stands for "Resisting Institutionalized Oppression Together." This is NOT intended to be a violent gathering. This festival is intended to be a day to have fun critically analyzing the world around us. This event is brought to you by a number of different Northern Arizona University organizations as well as a number of people and groups from the larger community.
