2MORROW GOES where kicking around the south west Pop punk Scene way back in 2001 and carried on right thru to early 04 playing there Brand of Fast action packed catchy POP PUNK in 04 the band took an indefinete break. all the members went on with various bigger and brighter projects. The Band Formed in early 05 and in there entire 18months of exsistence have only ever had half a band practice but have they have played some fine support slots aswell as a tour of Ireland with ska punkers ROBOLINT.
every Guttenberg song is new and every set is completly different asking the audience for song titles and subjects they find themselves singing about everything from Puppy Dogs to date rape. Some Call them genius other call them stupid we just call them fun! HISTORY:
Originally Setup in 1998 by NIK BOX as just a thing to do and a LABEL to Whack on the Backs of friends Demo's Thats the only purpose the label Really had it drifted for a few years and then in 2001 it had it's first kick start back into action and was used again but this time as the Name for a Promo Company.
For the next 5years DISLEXSICK became the main DIY PUNK ROCK promo in TORBAY aswell as drifting in the Tour Booking and Band Management game.
It's allways been run DIY and it's never been about money Just Helping Out good bands and hearing Kick ass tunes now in late 2006 Finaly the label is doing what it allways intended to and that Release stuff and start Functioning as a Label!
THE MISSION:
Being an Unsigned Touring Band is tough but it's alot of fun but affording it is a nightmare. Our mission is to help you guys out read on and your get the jist of how it all works.
WHAT WE RELEASE & HOW IT ALL WORKS:
You know when your at shows and in sum small shops you see theese cheap Little SAMPLER CDRs With a Shit Load of bands on it selling at like £2 so ya pick one up take it home and find a bunch of bands from all over the place you really like.
Well thats it we plan to release REGULAR sampler CD's Showcasing bands From all over the place. Every Band Featured on each Sampler will Get 10 copies of the Release aswell as all the Art work etc allowing you to burn off as many copies as you want and sell them on at your shows and helps you make the extra pennies to get from one show to the next.
We will Also be Doing a Series Of SPLITS this works in a similar way to the SAMPLERS we look for bands that have got pretty good Older Demo's and Ep's they wanna breath some more life into (It Can be New ones if ya Want) and we hook 2 bands from different ends of the country up Etc and provide you both with 25 copies Each of the split and again all the Art Work Etc to burn off as many copies as you want.
Aswell as all that we will Be Releasing some Albums and Eps and a few tribute projects in the works.
DISTRO:
We have started Networking with a few shops to stock our Releases aswell as an online store but our Key idea for the DISTRO is as you have probably gathered from reading everything else is the BANDS.
we will also be Setting up a Demo Swap service Between bands news of all this coming soon.
