As an established producer Francisco Pieras, also known as SX-01, has created a distinctive sound throughout the southeast of the USA. His diverse style ranges from techno/house sounds to electro/breaks by combining the sound of synthesizers, samplers, computers, and drum machines. Frank Pieras who has been producing and releasing music since 1998 started Low Technique Records in 2001 as an outlet for his unique sound. Through his current release of tracks, including "Futuristic Society (get back)" and "Pump Up The Mix", Frank continues to deliver the freshest sound in electronic music. Previous productions have received support from Blue Amazon, Saeed, Stryke, Tayo (Mob Records-UK), Jonathan Peters (Sound Factory-NY), Balance, DJ Hardware, Peter Rauhofer (Star 69 rec.-NY), DJ Buck Master De la cruz (Gus Gus), A.Dobson (Club-Progression-UK) and DJ Three.
"this one was pumping with a wicked baseline.."
Hector Romero - SAW recordings, NY
"On the rise, Low Technique Recordings give us two mixes of percussive bliss from their resident artist SX01. With ChooChoo's DarkDriver on the remix, you are clearly set for main floor hysteria. Driving, tribal and techno tinged, this release is one for the box! 5/5" (Jonathan Ojeda) *BPM Magazine/Spundae Recordings
"With hypnotic melodies that managed to be both futuristic and classic at the same time, and a beat that was nothing short of complex, it's no wonder Francisco (sx-01, sextron-01) lists such techno pioneers as Front 242, The KLF, and New Order as his influences" (Lucas Taratus) *Atlanta TheScene
"Dark and Dirty beats from this Atlanta label, as produced by Francisco Pieras. It sounds along the lines of Deep Dish and Timo Maas equally. Dardriver's remix is more minimal but just as menacing." (AS) *URB Magazine
