To buy Sydonia's debut album GIVEN TO DESYROYERS from iTunes, click on the button, picture or this link.
Sydonia's debut album GIVEN TO DESTROYERS is available via Green Media/MGM Australia-wide at all good JB HiFi stores or good independent stores such as:
- Rare Records, Melbourne VIC, Australia
Other RARE Sydonia Merchandise bits and pieces can be found via Rare Records. Just click on this link and let our Doug Bear take care of you there... we love his hair. Yeah!
To buy Sydonia's 3 track SORRY Radio Edit single from iTunes, click on the button, picture or this link. Physical CDs are extremely limited. We have but a few in our warehouse... and by warehouse, I mean under the spare bed in the art room.
The only way to buy Sydonia's (Man)ipulate EP is from iTunes, click on the button, picture or this link because only the Net holds this puppy... plus it comes with a BONUS TRACK "Filthy" that is lifted from an even earlier EP. It features some of Dana's early programming wizardy, random percussion bridges and zombie references. Zombie movies are cool and make you look cool to the opposite sex if you refer to them in conversation when speaking of disgraceful human behaviour coz then you can talk about all the groovy hacking weapons you could use to kill them with. Who needs deep, thoughtful, eye-opening, mind-altering, profound conversation when you can imagine a zombie outbreak and how you'd deal with it?
It is a challenge to define Sydonia, it is far easier to let those who have listened to their debut album
GIVEN TO DESTROYERS and/or have seen them perform, paint the picture:
Randy Blythe of Lamb of God pretty much being the most awesome cat in the world.
"Sydonia is a band that exemplifies the word 'diverse'. The best of pop sensibilities is tempered at times with brutal angst. 'No Woman's Land' is a song that should be playing on every radio station in every city on this planet!”
-- D. Randall Blythe - Lamb of God—
“Sydonia, they’re a really amazing band, and the lead singer’s got a very unique voice They’re really heavy but incorporate so many different vibes that it’s a little bit hard to categorize them musically. I think, too, that’s something music’s sort of lost. “
— Jim Root - Slipknot/Stone Sour —
