About me:
I am based in Amsterdam where I work as a freelance dancer, performer and teacher.I direct educational project in high school; produce my own work, conduct collaboration projects, teach workshops internationally and continue to work within the Magpie Music dance Company. My workshops and projects are based in movement research for contemporary dance and improvisation with scientific approaches alongside with Shamanism and ancient tradition that provide a range of tools for formal,sensitive and specific movement and composition skills. I have combined this interest with research on brain studies, internal energetic systems and emotional patterning, shamanism (the art of "learning how to live"), alongside terminologies used in new technologies and neuron sciences aimed to composition and performance. website - http://sites.google.com/site/meretsylvain/Who I'd like to meet:
