Her general approach to music is very spiritual: ‘Music is a part of God. ‘When I write or compose a song, sometimes I wonder where it came from.. . Any song I write is based upon personal experiences, which helps me to deal with life's ups and downs’. "Music to me means: to approach Life's joys and pains in a spiritual, sensual, constructive and hopeful way" Sylvia became passionate about soul, pop and jazz music at a very early age, thanks to the musical surroundings of her family, musicians from the flourishing Warsaw jazz scene of the late 80's and 90's She started her modelling career at the age of 16 and worked for many renowned Magazines, such as Fashion Magazine, Elle, Twoj Style, Fashion TV, Viva Magazine, Freundin, to name a few, Fashion Designers like D& G, Vivienne Westwood, Uta Raasch and many Commercials, mostly in Europe and Asia. Sylvia supported the UK/European tour of Terence Trent D'arby in 2001, as a young aspiring Singer and also became a guest singer for a German tour of Guru's Jazzmatazz in 2004. After discovering keyboards, software and drum machines, she completed her first demo recordings by herself. One of her own songs : ‘Do you know how I feel’, raised first interests from audiences and major industries as well. The tune was released on Universal Music Compilation in Poland, which went Platin and got frequent airplay on a national Radio. She collaborated with d-town productions( island records, def jam, sony/bmg, universal music), n.o.h.a (international act based in germany), and many national and international bands providing her skills in singing, songwriting and performing. She currently works on her debut album with a group of internationally acknowledged producers and musicians.
