of course, my favorite acoustic artist is nik sorak, who has another new cd in the works. i've been listening to ani difranco quite a bit (thanks again, nik, for trusting me with your CD) Superchic(K) I like a lot of songs i hear, but never really remember the artist. First thing in the morning i like a little Black eyed Peas or Fergie. jennifer knapp rocks, alanis morisette always has somethig worth listening to. i'm a moody listener. i've never really heard anything that i wouldn't ever listen to again. i like everything from opera to zz top and back again. mostly country. i grew up listening to the judds & michael jackson. my most recent cd purchase was the latest superchick.
Movies
Gotta love anything with wil ferrel, owen or luke wilson, ben stiller or vince vaughn in it. i like julia roberts movies and a lot of cheesy action flicks like die hard. and there's always room for a pixar movie. i have also repeatedly subjected nik to the feature film, legally blonde.
Television
i am a bit obsessive and excessive when it comes to friends; gotta have it every night, also CSI: Las Vegas and King of the Hill all the way, baby.
Books
my most recently read book was, The Evil That Men Do; A Psychological Profiler's View of Sexual Predators. I read the book, Silver over and over again in highschool and am just starting to read The Chronicles of Narnia again as well as the new Harry Potter. I just finished one of the most wonderful books ever, WICKED, it's the epic tale of the wicked witch of the west and her plight to fit in with the snooty upperclass and then, at last, to defeat them altogether. I just bought a Robert Fulghum collection on Ebay and am excited to indulge myself again.

So checked out some different sites for proof books. Snapfish,meridianpro, and especially pictage looks promising. The lady that took my senior pictures actually uses pictage and loves it. The quality of her pictures are awesome. I also ordered a sample pack from pictage. I was looking at lighting and backgrounds for indoor pictures and man o man those can cost an arm and a leg haha. Do you use a photoshop or some other editing on the internet? The hardest part of this all is actually figuring out my first step on how to start a business here. Where I live I think there is one known photographer so that gives me a nice advantage.

Did you have to get a business license and do you print off your clients pictures yourself or do you send them to a company? I'v been researching and plan on doing a butt load of more researching since I have probably a year till can go to school so I was kinda thinkin about maybe getting something started like doing senior pictures and portraits before I go to school..Im kinda confused about how to really get started. Aren't you glad I have you to bug? haha jk.
hey, just wanted to tell you thanks for all your advice and answering all my questions. It really helped me out. Im getting a rebel and Im pretty sure this is the most exciting time in my life. Im getting the whole kit with a 18-55mm lens. I told my mom this is like my baby.. the most expensive thing in my life haha. She is the one that has beenreally pushing me to get this show on the road. Anyway, thanks again and hopefully Ill see you this summer! (Since Im pretty sure the last time you saw me was when I was a baby)

hey i have a question for you... Im going back to school for photography or photo journalism. Iv been looking into a job at innovations photography in Colorado Springs. Im saving for a canon, but I was hoping you might have some advice for me and maybe how to get started.
