Biography of the band begins from the end of "Dark Sirius" band (Melodic Black Metal). After the show at Extreme Vision on 06.06.2008, the head and the foundator of the "Dark Sirius", Valentine Grigor'ev, invites Dmitry Merva into the band. Having played some time, they decided to play Gothic Doom Metal. Having invited Sergey Pavlunik (post "Dark Sirius") and Lana Polevnichaya as vocal, guys decided to create project named "Symphonian". Genre of music was determined as Gothic Doom. During Dmitry and Valentine were working on new material for the band, Andrew Porkhun ("Imperial", "Evulsion of Eternal" - Techno/Brutal Death Metal) wishes to play in the band. In such case, that, Valentine and Andrew played in the same band (Imperial), guys decided to organise one place for playing. After all questions about place were done, the band begins to play regularly.
Since 2009 year, part of the musicians of the band leave it on personal reasons.
At present time, Symphonian works on new material for new demo.
