Marcy Bulkeley graduated Emerson College with a degree in Audio/Radio Production focusing a directed study in film and television music. Her education continued in Los Angeles at UCLA with their extension program, studying Music Supervision, Publishing, and Music Copyright & Law.. Now head of TV soundtrack Acquisitions and Creative Licensing at Milan Records, Marcy continues to take on music supervision projects including several independent films, broadcast promotional spots for Lifetime Network and Court TV, and music consulting for many commercials. She has held positions with URB magazine and SCION, licensing and choosing music for several SCION promotional DVDs, and Universal Music Group in the copyright department negotiating rates and obtaining mechanical licenses for their Strategic Markets department. She managed all of the creative licensing for Thrive Records/Perfecto compilations and soundtracks. She was music supervisor for the documentary "Peace Love & Beats" (www.peaceloveandbeats.com), as well as licensing coordinator for the "Peace Love and Beats" soundtrack distributed by Toucancove Entertainment. Her most recent major feature film credit is Music Coordinator for Bob Odenkirk's film "Let's Go To Prison", released by Universal in November 2006. Marcy has worked closely with G Marq Rosewell at 35sound (www.35sound.com). Marcy's synch placements include Paramount's "Babel" film trailers, ABC's "Daybreak", SONY Pictures's "Blood Diamond" film trailers, just to name a few.
