SYNCRONIZE RECORDS is the first psytrance label based in Ireland. Its name was born on one of those special occasions when the trancefloor was dancing in synchronicity, thus creating a feeling of unity. Together, we were one.
Founded by Dj Shore Bar Axel who has been part of the psychedelic scene for many years, the main aim of SYNCRONIZE RECORDS is to release quality psychedelic music from talented producers around the globe. Its long-term goal is to encourage local Irish musicians and provide a worldwide platform for their releases. Though mainly oriented towards psychedelic night-time trance, SYNCRONIZE minds remain open to all areas of the psychedelic musical spectrum.
SYNCRONIZE RECORDS will celebrate its launch on the 9th of November 2007, with the release of “PSYCHOGENICA”, the much awaited debut album by AJJA: a very talented producer and musician already well known as one half of the successful psytrance project Yab Yum, a founding member of The Peaking Goddess Collective, and a manager of fellow label Peak Records.
“Pychogenica” will be followed, in December 2007, by “PHANTASMATIKA”, the second instalment of world-renowned trancefloor wizard HYPER FREQUENCIES.
The early months of 2008 will bring SYCNRONIZE RECORD’S first psytrance compilation “SYNCRONIZE IT”-------------

To celebrate its birth, SYNCRONIZE RECORDS is proud to present its first release: “PSYCHOGENICA”, the delicious full-length debut psytrance album by AJJA.
In a world that is spiralling faster every day, “PSYCHOGENICA” is a reassuring breath of 144bpm based psychedelic trance.
Fusing his experience as Peak Record’s label manager with a dancefloor diploma from his Yab Yum project & his prog-trance pedigree as a founding member of The Peaking Goddess Collective, AJJA has a PhD in psychedelic trance that will gently remind any dancefloor of the most important lesson: we are here to groove!
“PSYCHOGENICA” is 11 funky tracks arranged in such a way as to encourage you to trance & dance, keeping you solidly grounded while you spiral to the sonic seat of the soul.
AJJA starts at 144 & keeps it steadily there for most of the album, dazzling & delighting you constantly with his grooves & keeping you interested without the need for speed. In the last quarter, the pace is upped to 146bpm for some more twisted tracks that are reminiscent of Yab Yum, before levelling off to 145bpm for the last track, a hypnotic piece that cleanses you with its hauntingly beautiful outro & leaves you refreshed, replenished & ready to hit repeat on your cd player!
Featuring mind-blowing art by AJJA’s brother, Filip Leu, combined with resident Peak Record’s visual artist Tanina Munchkina & AJJA’s own visionary digital work, “PSYCHOGENICA” is a feast for the eyes that will stand out in any cd collection.
