Fence Club is a semi-regular event that showcases the range of hairy-talent on the Fence Records label. The Bulleit Sessions are an exciting series of Fence Club nights in Edinburgh and Glasgow, taking place throughout April, May and June 2008.
This Friday, 6th June, marks Fence Club #5: The Bulleit Sessions - taking place at Stereo in Glasgow - and will feature live performances from The Pictish Trail, Player Piano and Come In Tokyo.
Tickets are £8, advance, from www. fencerecords. com - and £9 on the door. Every ticket holder will receive a free 7" record at the end of the night, and free entry to the club night afterwards with DJ David Barbarossa. Doors are at 7.30pm, with the live music finishing by 10.30pm.
t'was all good. no traumas at home other than getting only three and a half hours sleep! i did eat my own weight in fried food on friday to make up for it. that was as traumatic as it got. fantastic to see you both. see ya again sooner i hope. mr x

And so Todd Trainer says to me at ATP that Grainne is trying to get Shellac to play Glasgow, something I've been working on in a gently encouraging manner for some time. So keep at it folks - you have the power and the influence and the energy but don't make it an early morning gig for that's when Todd is at his most grumpy and scary x
