After this in my blog which described many years of martyrdom in which my life is hell and which has unquestionably caused my current financial situation, I have now received notice from the district court of Berlin (Amtsgericht Mitte) receive from which upper bailiff Rosemarie Götze. It is announced to me that my eviction is to take place on 05.10.2007 around 09.30.
My things (working material / colours Canvases painting means / cameras / equipment / books / and my pieces of art from the whole time of my life) are seized and on 07.12.2007 10.00 in the security chamber of the district court Nestorstrasse 8-9, 10709 Berlin auctioned away.
With my art action HUNGER I draw the attention to my situation, especially regarding the eviction, shows an immoral hardness which will lead to unbearable results to preservation / auction of the things located (contained) in my flat.
On 01.09.2007 I have stopped eating. From the possibility of the suicide I refrain, because that for me is a relatively immature solution, and I understand the life as a present of God in which the sense of my existence exists as an artist in it, my subjective reflections from the perception, aesthetic of everything that has shaped my work and artistic statements to meet only I can meet
