Sypher is undeniably the most entertaining rock band to come out of Hattiesburg, MS. Opening for bands including, Saliva, Drowning Pool, 12 Stones, Taproot and more, this band brings live performances to a whole new level. Sypher is heavily influenced by Chevelle, System of a Down, Godsmack, Sevendust and Dark New Day and won 2006’s Rock War Challenge, later signing with the independent record label, South City Records in 2007. The band's first album, "Walk Away," released in 2006, included the single "Asphyxiation," which has enjoyed extensive airplay on 103.7 FM for the past three years. Sypher is working on their second album and currently negotiating with endorsement deals and booking agencies. Sypher's music will change your mind towards rock music and open your eyes to a brand new original style of hardcore rock music.
