In this exact moment, how many new bands must be coming up around the whole world? Probably thousands.
In this vast music universe, it will always be hard to make oneself being noticed.
What's necessary is that "something else"; the differential that's always linked to a simple, but hard to find, thing: Talent.
And that's what Luiz Syren - Vox , Alex Macedo - Guitar, Carlos Losch – Guitar, Bruno Coe – Bass e B. Azambuja – drums, have in abundance.

The songs have a vocal range that goes from aggressive to melodic, always with a lot of power. They sound as a perfect fusion between old and new metal, with guitars throwing in a lot of heavy riffs. All that is seen in many magazines and sites where the band received uncoutable good reviews, as in the Band's homepage and Myspace, both full of awesome comments from fans.
The band Syren was put toguether from the need of two old friends (Luiz and Alex - who came from the progmetal band Atlantida)to create something that would make a difference in the metal community - something that represented the transition from classic to modern metal.
They would find help in Coe and Dennis Pombo (both from the renowned band Imago Mortis) and Flávio Pascarillo (Tribuzy's Drummer). The later two eventually gave place to great drummer B. Azambuja (Vulgar band) and guitarist Carlos Losch.
With this new powerful formation, SYREN will reach every corner of the globe where there are true fans of heavy music. Because of that, the band searches for a strong partnership to release it's album entitled "HEAVY METAL", containing 10 songs and 2 aditional bonus tracks produced and recorded with Alex Macedo.
Having the will and availability to go where the screams for heavy music call, tours will be more than welcomed.
Road dogs by nature, the band's members are eager to conquer all territories that look for good and strong metal.
