Movies
Huge fan of Brit Flicks, Asian Cinema, European Cinema and I love indie films. I don't really watch Horror/Gore porn stuff, because I don't see much point in it. If you have a twist on a girl running around screaming and being tortured, i'll consider it, but if it is just a film on how many ways you can inflict pain and spry blood across the camera, i'm not buying.
I love Hammer Horror, Amicus and the like, which I grew up watching ....and I do have a bit of thing for B Movie Monster Shockers :oD
I am also an absolutely huge fan and supporter of SHORT FILMS! My very favourite (probably my favourite all time film of any length)is The French Doors by Steve Ayson...which you can see here.... ..
Favourite flicks include
The Descent
Dog Soldiers (If you are British you ought to be bloody proud of Neil Marshall!)
The French Doors
Event Horizon (Smitty is a God!)
The Fith Element
Taxi (the orginal French version)
The Bunker Haunted Honeymoon Rear Window Rebecca The Third Man 2001: A Space Odessey Bad Day at Black Rock Charlie & The Chocolate Factory (the original...god I love the way Gene Wilder played Willy Wonka!) Blue Velvet The Shining Cat People Poltergeist A Clockwork Orange Day of the Triffids Beetle Juice Sleepy Hollow Dracula Circus of Horrors The Nightmare Before Christmas The Exorcist Deliverance The Rocky Horror Picture Show The Amazing Mr Blunden The Railway Children Rosemary's Baby The 39 Steps (Robert Powell) Kind Hearts & Coronets The Birds The Legend of Boggy Creek Razorback (giant killer piggy) What Ever Happened to Baby Jane African Queen Bladerunner Citizen Kane It Happened One Night It's a Wonderful Life North By Northwest

Isolation a fanatastic indie horror by Billy O'Brien (mutant killer cows in Ireland...but don't let that put you off). It's superbly cast and directed and made me want to see much more of his work
Invaders from Mars Forbidden Planet
yes...all of the Lord of the Rings films...I am one of those girls who gets it on for smelly adventuring types....damn you D&D, Dragonlance and Choose Your Own Adventure

Television
most television bores me senseless.
I do like the new Dr Who, but then I grew up watching the orginal. I also like Hex (nice to see a show that has a quality lesbian part), Cold Case, Sherlock Holmes (Jeremy Brett made th finest Holmes ever) QI, Buzzcocks, and the joy that is Most Haunted

About me: Okay...so here are the most important things to know about me....
I am obsessed with the Red Riding Hood myth. I've rewritten the story countless times. Each time a slightly different viewpoint, a slightly different twist, from fetish to sacrifice to the beauty industry and all things in between.....very, very rarely does the Woodsman get to win in my stories....it's all about the girl and the wolf with me. Freud would probably have a feild day with that...but what the hell! Eventually I will get my arse in gear and produce some sort of Red collection.
I'm also obsessed with eyes. I don't know why...probably that whole window to the soul thing, but I love my own green sparkly peepers and I love everyone elses. I love to look into the eyes of the people i'm talking to. Although if i'm at a gig of a club it can cause a problem becuase I forget to lip read over the fabulous noise.
I'm, a workaholic...honestly. I never stop working...i'm a nightmare to take on holiday :oD
I'm a writer, researcher and general odd ball...i've been described as strange, odd, scary, freaky, bizarre...and my favourite....Bohemian
I'm pretty even tempered...but...if I get riled enough to hold a grudge I will hold it for life!
Vampires, werewolves, ghost and ghouls, they are all in a days work for me. honestly!
I'm a writer and I write about the supernatural, paranormal, fantastic, weird and strange. Fact and fiction, if its gothic and alternative its for me. In fact I just love to create it doesn't matter what medium, graphic novel, short film, animation, radio, stage or page.....creating something, pulling a story from the nothingness is really what excites me!
I have a couple of regular publications I contribute to, and provide freelance for other publications. My main all consuming project at the moment is a book about Dracula. Can't give anything away as yet, but i'll drop a few hints now and again.
I also love flash fiction...the art of the short story is really under rated. If I can tell a good story in under a page I think that's a major achievement. I like to write modern fairy tales with unpleasant Grimm style twists, Urban decay based stories and once in a while I give into the dark side and produce some serious gore!
I'm also curently working on a huge ghost project. Intended to be the most up to date and comprehensive guide to the ghosts of the UK.
I also work as an adviser and a research for TV, film, radio and other writers...so, don't be shy, if you need to know the difference between a demonic possesion and a summoning, a werewolf and a wulver or which vampire is likely to attack you in the nude...you know who to come to ;oD
Who I'd like to meet: Apart from a big bad wolf?....anyone who wants to colaborate on a project. I love working and I love trying new things and working with new people. I'd really love to work with an artist on a graphic novel and i'd like someone to take on a couple of my stories for short film. I have a particular passion to see a rather nasty urban decay fable come to life on the screen, so if you aren't afraid of some unpleasant graphic violence and uncomfortable social issues of inner city life, then let me know. I'm also interested in collaborating on any more Fairytale collections!....apart from that artists of all types sizes, shapes and creeds. People who tell the truth, people who give a shit, people who aren't afraid to be different, people who see/feel/experience outside the box of 'normal' human existence...its not all about what's on offer at Tesco's and watching astenders you know.....shapeshifters, dreamers, witches, vampires, and oh...did I mention....A big bad wolf?
You scored as Gunshot. Your death will be by gunshot, probably because you are some important person or whatever. Possibly a sniper, nice, quick, clean shot to the head. Just beautiful.
Crikey! Thanks for having me o'er here Siria. Poor old gingerbreadman. I always feel sorry for the gingerbreadman. Liberate the gingerbreadmen!! Power to them!! They don't shit in the street like the horrible nasty werewolf man does! Gingerbreadmen sit nicely, on plates. Lee x
