I don't have any planets in my 12th house either hehe - and I am not so sure that would cause depression serious enough for a mental facility, even if lots of planets were there hehe! If you are so inclined, you may want to work with a good herbalist nearby who knows much about nutrition and detoxing - and energetic therapies like flower essences and homeopathics can play a role as well - it may help your pain. Some folks have good luck also with acupuncture. I do hope you find wellness on many levels!
