System started life as a tiny party in a pub on an estate just outside of Leeds city centre. Managing to attract djs like Slam, Billy Nasty, Funk D’Void, Dave Angel, Vince Watson and Jamie Anderson to play to less than 200 people in an honest, intimate environment, our free parties soon became legendary with visitors travelling from as far away as Scotland and Italy to see what all the fuss was about.
Now we have taken the leap and bought a club to take our party to the next level, allowing us to book more djs and host more regular events in Leeds city centre. With a planned refurbishment of the Mint Club and installation of a Funktion 1 soundsystem over the summer months we will be opening our newly polished and painted doors in early September with a sparkling schedule of djs and live acts to match.
System is the first and third Saturday of every month at the Mint Club, we hope you can join us.
