I enjoy teaching people how to play the guitar, if you live in San Diego and you are interested in taking guitar lessons, leave me a message. Now on to my story. For 23 years I lived my life seperated from God, 21 years in my hometown of Santa Cruz, California and 2 in Hawaii. As far back as I can remember I never had an interest in God or religion. By the time I was 18 things that were anti-christian and anti-God were very appealing to me. I enjoyed listening to music that specifically opposed God and Christianity, I gave myself the nickname xul, a sumerian word, translated, means evil, I owned and read books by Aleister Crowley and on occasion I read the Satanic Bible.

When I was 20 years old a friend of mine said something to me that changed my way of thinking forever, he said, "I know you are not evil, if you were evil, you would do anything that opposes God because that is what true evil is", when he said those words to me I knew in my heart that he was right, I thought to myself, "I would never take the life an innocent human being, yet if I were truly evil I wouldn't have a problem with that, because murder is evil and evil opposes God", it was right then and there that I started thinking differently about life, I knew I wasn't evil but that didn't stop me from continuing to live my life without God.

At age 21 I started listening to a Christian radio program hosted by Bob Larson, I thought the show was funny because he was strongly opposed to Death Metal the kind of music that I listen to, even to this day, little did I know that God was actually softening my heart as I was listening to this program day after day. As time went on and I continued listening to Bob Larson's show I started asking questions within myself about God, "did He really exist"?

Six months later I had the oppurtunity to move to Hawaii, the island of Oahu to be exact, it would be here that I would draw close to God and be given a gift that would change my life forever!

One day after living in Hawaii for two years, while I was at work a co-worker invited my friend Terry and I to go with her to one of Greg Laurie's Harvest Crusades at Aloha Stadium, the message that I heard at the crusade struck my heart but I still didn't want to surrender my life to Christ. I struggled for a week after that with God, I really didn't want to give up my life because I knew everything that I did had to be changed and I just didn't want to do that.

Finally after a week of struggling with the thought of becoming a Christian, I decided to ask Christ to come into my life, after watching a local Christian preacher on tv in the evening, before going to sleep. After listening to the preacher's message I prayed along with him and accepted Christ. Before I went to sleep that night I remember saying to myself "what do I have to lose, if what the preacher said about God is real then I will find out soon, I really have nothing to lose".

The next day I couldn't believe it, my life had changed, God had literally transformed my life overnight, I was a changed person forever, I went from being a very negative person, who really didn't like people, to a person, who would be happy to talk to anyone at anytime, my heart was changed and I was on fire for the Lord. I knew I had found the TRUTH and the ANSWER to life the very moment I woke up that morning.

I am proud to say that I am a born again Christian and that I was baptized in the water off of Waikiki Beach at 12:30pm on Sunday January 22,1995. I can truly say that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and that I believe He died and rose again and I believe He died for ALL mankind's sins. I also believe the ONLY way to get into heaven is by accepting Jesus Christ's sacrifice, if anybody asks for forgiveness in Christ's name they will be saved. Hallelujah thank you God for such a wonderful gift!!!

If anyone who read this would like to receive this free gift from God that I have written about just say this simple prayer and mean it with all of your heart and you will be saved "Lord Jesus thank you for dying on the cross for my sins please forgive me of my sins I accept you as my Lord and Savior, please come into my life, please change my life in Jesus' name amen". If you prayed that prayer honestly with all of your heart you have been saved, you may not feel it but believe me you are now and forever will be one of God's children. My sincere prayer is that all people will come to know the ONE TRUE GOD and that Jesus will reign in all of our hearts in the end.

I am a Christian Conservative and my sole purpose in life is to do God's will, for me obedience is more important than desire because that is what God wants from me, therefore I choose to do what He wants me to do instead of what I want to do, and that includes using my Myspace page for Him, this page is completely under the control of God, since He is the Lord of my life it is designed to reach the lost and strengthen the believer that is my sole purpose in life!!!

I believe without a doubt the Bible is God's Word, I believe that Jesus, as it is written in the Bible, in the Book of John, is God, I believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit as ONE God, I believe that Satan is the Lord of this world here on earth for a short time and then he will be vanquished and Jesus will be king over all!

I support the military, gun ownership and the death penalty, see Romans Ch. 13:1-5 for biblical support of the death penalty. I am a strong supporter of Israel, since that is where my Lord will return to one day to CRUSH His enemies, I oppose same sex marriage, I believe marriage is between a man and a woman and I believe the homosexual lifestyle is immoral, I don't agree with domestic partnerships either, I agree with the amendment to protect marriage and I hope that one day it will be reality, I believe sex outside of marriage is wrong, it is very clear to me that God is condemning those who have sex outside of marriage because sexual transmitted diseases are so prevalent in our world today, for example 80% of women by the time they are 50 will have HPV, also I am against abortion.

I oppose affirmative action I believe it to be reverse racism, I don't like the ACLU and what that organization stands for in the world today, I can't stand extreme liberalism and the way certain people want to make this great country into a Socialist nation. I believe that ENGLISH should be the official language of the United States, this does not mean that I am against any language that is not English, this means that if people want to come to the United States they should at least know how to speak English because that is the language of the land. I would not expect to go to a foreign country and have the people there speak to me in my language, those who come to the United States should NOT expect the people here to speak to them in their language either. I am very open to other languages and cultures but my allegiance is to this great country and its culture. I believe that people should embrace their culture in their homes, I believe other cultures can enhance our society but I would really like to see our country united in American culture. The Bible says a house divided against itself cannot stand. I feel that we must unite so our great country can continue to grow stronger.

I believe that all illegal immigrants should be deported back to where they came from, they have broken the law by coming here illegaly and should not be given amnesty of any sort. My heart goes out to legal immigrants because they do the right thing when they come to this country, illegal immigrants, however, take a shortcut disregarding all laws that they need to follow to become citizens and demand amnesty, which causes the government to forget about those who come here legally, who are patiently waiting to become citizens by following all of the laws that they need to follow to become a LEGAL citizen of the United States that is NOT right!!! I am NOT against immigration. I am ONLY against illegal immigration!

I value honesty and integrity and I can't stand deception. Although it says I drink I do NOT drink in public, I ONLY drink at home and I only drink one beer occasionally in the evening, more than one is NOT good, and the most important thing, I NEVER drink and drive! I enjoy listening to music, playing the guitar, hiking, going on roadtrips, eating healthy and exercising.
