I've been kind of crotchety lately, so I went to my holistic healer and he recommended a full "express."
He was right. I got a treat for being good and I hung out all day in the sun!
...Did I mention that in the future, all medical practices are based in vetrinary science? It turns out it works much better than that wussy doctor crap of the 20th century... or the crazy barber crap of the middle ages.
