Chorizo is when they scrape the face of a pig carcass and throw in other super fatty meat-stuff. I generally would pick out the lymph nodes but I think I am just going to fry it tonight. It is spiced with killer seasonings and is red, it turns your eggs orange. You wrap it up in a flour tortilla with some cheese and bam...
