Fans say that Thorn4Memory's soulful lyrics resonate the heartbreak and triumphs of the real world better than anyone else. Their sound combines the pounding riffs of Godsmack and Pantera, the lyrical insight of 3 Doors Down and the haunting melodies of Staind. All four members of the group bring their diverse influences into the mix, creating a sound that is only Thorn4Memory.
T4M is vocalist Rick Carroll, Willie Feldman on guitar, Bennie "GR8BENWA" Cameron on bass and Marty "Snakeeyed" Humphries on drums. The group formed in the farming community of Greensburg, Indiana out of the necessity to use their music as a form of solace on the heels of the death of T4M co-founder Willie Feldman's father.
The group released their first CD "An Everyday Struggle" in 2005. "Cost of Freedom," their next EP was released in 2006, followed by "Dead End Again," in 2007. Their newest compilation, a self-titled release, is forthcoming. Unlike many of the small-town garage bands sinking their teeh into the music market, T4M's lyrics and music are completely original.
The group has graced numerous venues and stages in the midwest, never failing to grab the attention and devotion of audiences unfamiliar with their style. They've performed at the Papa Roach Zippo Show, opened for Henry Lee Summer and Carl Storie at Riverside Park Amphitheater in Rushville, and were crowned the 2007 Battle of the Bands winner at that venue, handpicked out of 15 bands. T4M has also performed at the House of Blues in Cleveland, making it to the semi-finals of the 2008 Bodog Battle of the Bands. Some of their more than 30 songs have had airplay on numerous radio stations, including WEBN, Radio Now 93.1, Y106, G101.3 and 93.1 FOX.
"No one listens when you talk, but when you rock, you get to spread your message and let people know what you want out of life. --Rick Carroll
Maybe it's their mission to keep music going in their communities by organizing battles and benefits (they're battle cry is fighting cancer). Or maybe it's their commanding stage presence and ability to make individual audience members feel that the group is playing for only them. Regardless, T4M never fails to meet the expectations of their fans, first and foremost, as well as their management.

I have known Chris for 4 or 5 years now. I got very close to her when we worked together in Chrysler at Gecom. She listened when I needed an ear, hugged me when I looked sad, gave me advice when I felt lost, and uplifted me when I felt down. She was a very important friend to me and I am sad to have lost her. I am so sorry Rick. May you, Tonya, Erin, and Adam always remember how very much she loved you and your children. Always know she is with you, watching you, and being very proud of you and honored to be your mother. Rest in Peace Chris...we love you so much.
