I had said that I would not respond further but I believe that is being taken advantage of as I am being lied upon and can not lie idle and let my name nor the organization be shed in such a negative light!
First of all, a member of management had already been informed that more than likely that would be our last night because I did not like the 'back door shyt' that had happened the previous Monday. This was not an out of the blue decision. If the management did not inform the owner, that is not on me. Juicii and I let him know because we were told that he was who we should communicate with. No the decision was not 'finalized' because I wanted to meet with my entire staff but yes the decision was basically made. This decision has NOTHING to do with expenses. And as far as saying that the back door was used because of electrical wiring, I am the one that is shocked such a lie would be told. But folks there was a debate on whether to say that the front was being renovated, if a pipe had burst, or something had went wrong so that the rainbow community wouldn't be offended. I guess now they decided to use the lie about the wiring (wow). Unfortunetely the lie had not been fully constructed before patrons arrived Monday so the TRUTH did get out. The crowd from Monday was OFFENDED and many that had been there that night had already put the word out not to come back and despite the 'supposed animosity' that existed, I said that I would back that decision because we are not 2nd class citizens!
