In general...well, do we have enough space here? Eating!!!! Just bring on the shellfish and all you'll see are elbows. Yes, I love to eat and travel. I love beautiful restaurants with great food, a glass of wine and a great vibe. Fortunately, I frequent Napa valley on business and pleasure and I have to say its one of my favorite places for all of the above. I absolutely love wine and find no better comfort than pouring a glass while starting to prepare dinner.
Since I love to eat...I must love to cook. Yes. It's very therapeutic for me. A true southern belle, but I don't cook southern foods. Didn't say I didn't eat fried chicken though.
I'd like to have 2 or 3 munchkins someday soon. A boy and a girl. If I have 2 boys or 2 girls...that's when I'd like to try for the 3rd to get one of each.
I do love to dance, however, I'm not a club goer. Used to be in my early 20's, but I'm a home-body. My favorite evening is either grabbing a bite out or preparing a nice dinner at home...then a movie at the theater or even back at home. The greatest comfort is being in bed at 10pm Friday night snuggled up with a movie...remembering that feeling of being out at a club...tired, inebriated and ready to leave when friends aren't...no ride home...and starving. Wouldn't go back for anything.
I'm extremely domesticated. I wake up everyday during the spring and summer excited to peek at my garden to see what's awake and smiling. It's like little presents and I love growing fresh herbs.
There's nothing better than being outdoors. I love all water activities, hiking, camping, four-wheeling, running, biking, and skating. I'm a big tomboy, so I love loud cars. I must be a redneck. And my favorite car is a 67 Camaro.
....
I like to listen to...
..
Oh my God...I like everything from Patsy Cline to Pantera. That's the only stretch that I can think of. From my childhood and teenage years I've always been a fan of Motley Crue, Def Leppard, G-N-R, Ratt, Great White, Tesla, Slaughter, AC/DC, huge Scorpions fan, Skid Row, Kix, Whitesnake, Ozzy, Helloween, Metallica, Lover Boy, you get it...80's rock. I also love Elvis Pressly, anything 80's, Eagles, Chet Baker (jazz), Frank Sinatra, Billy Holiday, Enya, Enigma, Foreigner, Lois Armstrong, Otis Redding, Donna Summer, Peter Gabriel, Billy Squire, Led Zepplin, Christopher Cross, Tracey Lawrence, Rascal Flatts, Kurtis Blow, and Michael Jackson. I have to say that today my favorite and has been for the past 3 years is Nickelback, good God don't get me started about Chad Kroeger. He sings with such passion in his voice. Another is Marty Casey with his band Lovehammers. Now there's one guy that not only pours his heart into every song, but he's a handsome little devil and larger than life. He definitely seems to have a seasoned soul. I also like Hoobastank, Chevelle, Adema, 3 Doors Down, Stereo Fuse, Evanescence, No Doubt, Usher, Eminem, Audioslave, Crossfade, Linkin Park, POD, Will Smith, and yes even Justin Timberlake. I like some techno only because it has a great beat and I can shake my tush. Great music for running and exercising. Did I mention I looooove to dance. Even right by myself.
Television
..
I don't watch a lot of TV. No time. Actually sometimes I do turn it on during the day and keep it on Foodtv. I catch bits and pieces of stuff by ear, but don't really take or have the time to watch it. I can't even tell you what's on TV today. The only show I will sit and watch is Friends. I don't even know what time it comes on. I just know it usually came on around the time that I was starting dinner and I'd miss a few minutes of each episode. I do not like any reality show. I watch enough reality through my daily life. When I do sit down...I like for it to be a good story that I can lose myself in. I do love Lifetime. It's always about murder and infedelity, but it's the mystery that I like. Oh...I do love Dexter! Dexter! Dexter! I do not watch a lot of TV. This is a showtime series. Remember 6 Feet Under...the guy David is now Dexter, a serial killer, on his own show now. The really cool thing is one of my fav restaurants in the Charlotte area...the owner is Dexter's (Michael's) cousin. Michael is originally from Raleigh and I got to meet him not long ago. The show is awesome.
I love to curl up with some popcorn and watch a gooooood movie...
..
Being an actress and a dancer...I've always been fascinated with Moulan Rouge. I love musicals. Even though The Notebook didn't get a lot of recognition, I absolutely loved it. It's not a chick flick...it's a love story which is drama. Unfortunately a lot of people associate love stories as being girlie, but it's also a movie that my soul relates to. Some films have soundtracks that make up 50% of the work for me. So, films like The Notebook and Pearl Harbor top my list. Pulp Fiction, The Ring (scared the crap out of me), Breakfast Club, St. Elmo's Fire, Sixteen Candles, Pretty In Pink, E.T., The Outsiders, Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory, Miracle on 34th Street (the original), Fried Green Tomatoes, Lord of the Rings, Meet Joe Black, (anything with Anthony Hopkins...oh and Brad Pitt of course), The New World, The Beach, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Wizard of Oz, Stephen Kings' "It", Message in a Bottle, Gone with the Wind, The Time Machine, Somewhere In Time, Shrek, Dirty Dancing, One Flew Over the Cocoos Nest, The Shining, The Green Mile and much more...oh me...I can't remember what the heck I've seen.
Books? Well...
..
I keep several books going at a time. All nonfiction. However, I do like fiction if I have the time. My favorites are usually about acting, pet health and anything to do with alternative medicine. Others are Quickbooks (and any computer program), gardening books, OH! anything of Dr. Andrew Weil (alternative medicine). I'm an avid follower of his. I have all of his books and cds. I do my best not to consume anything man-made, (synthetics) however, I'm not a phenatic about it. Wonderful teachings. Financial books such as Suze Ormans top my list. Learning new computer programs...those consume a lot of my reading time. Spiritual books...anything by Bruce Wilkinson, Max Lucado and Joel Olsteen. I do love to sit and read recipe books. I really enjoy going to Barnes n-Noble and playing in the books there and settling down in the coffee shop. Yes I'm a Starbucks addict too! Actually, when I lived in LA last year, I found the best coffee shop of all called Priscillas. I know it all seems boring, not to me! These are my comfort joys.

Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting..What a Ride!! Boy, I hope to live up to the fullest extent of it by not missing a thing about life. I love a fresh new day. The sun just makes my soul thrive!
I loooove to see people smile and having a great time, with a great attitude and I love people that know who they are and have GREAT attitude on life. Confident people are my favorite. There's a difference between confidence and arrogance and I think we should learn the difference. I love being around successful people because you can always learn something from them. They just inspire me and are usually happy people! Drama turns me off and if you harp on it, it will follow you where ever you go. I think I read people pretty well. If I'm quiet and listening to you with a small grin on my face...I'm trying to figure you out.
I believe if people in your life don't serve you spiritually or emotionally, remove them. They will always be unhappy and try to drain your energy. Don't let them steal your sunshine. Life's journey has taught me that most people don't like happy and confident people. I really believe that it is due to their lack of successes and negative attitude they already don't like you. I wish I could show them how bright the sun really is.
I'm a BIG animal lover and they exist in my life in a huge way. I have 25 goats. I keep odd hours...I work best at 2,3, and 4 in the morning. I'm a true southern belle and old fashioned in many ways. I might be from the south, but if I have a beer it's always from a glass.
I just relocated back to my hometown 2 yrs ago after being gone for almost 14 yrs. Lived in Myrtle Beach, Detroit, Phoenix and LA with 5 yrs in Phoenix...loved it! I love to make people laugh, unfortunately most of the time its at my expense. I'm the clumsiest person I know and I'm a bull in a China shop. Yet, I love to laugh at myself, which I can do quite often. I throw the most awesome Xmas party that leaves everyone waiting till the next. Dinner parties are my favorite. Oh, and I love a good ole "pig-pickin". It's a southern thang.
People ask what I do for a living and that's not a one word answer. I've diagnosed myself with ADD. Keeps me on my toes. I get bored REAL EASY. Acting is my passion and it encompasses many avenues. One avenue that has been my bread and butter is being a Spokesperson. For almost 10 yrs now I've been a Spokesperson aka Product Specialist for the auto show industry and pharmaceutical industry. I still pursue acting through my agent Jackie Pressly at Capital Artists out of Raleigh and Wilmington, NC. Check out my website to see the latest clips.
I also own a cupcake biz. Gourmet cupcakes delivered fresh to your door. Check out the site here. www.thepepperedcupcake.com
I love fishing, crabing, four-wheeling, wine tasting, fine dining, entertaining, learning something new, camping, boating, coon hunt'n...okay maybe not the latter, but any outdoor activity. Hope you enjoyed the read and thanks for stopping by...

I was fixin to head to google, but I think I'll ask you too- Can Dogs have bananas? We're trying to give ours a variety and I've never heard a peep about bananas..lol. Yes! I can't wait to feel comfortable speaking Spanish. Way not there yet, but I'm getting there! :)
Haha!! You beat me. But I got in my espanol practice...lol. that's a lot. I am so glad to finally not have deadlines and papers hovering overhead. Your site looks good. I liked how you linked it to blogger. Do you like it? We use Wordpress right now and it rocks. Although at times it isn't WYSIWYG, but it makes up for itself. Yes, we talked about Yahoo, but the site was different than the one I had seen before and I didn't know if you were still doing it through them. Talk to ya soon!! J
