General
As a cartoonist, I'm always trying to learn better ways to tell a good story to keep you interested and entertained. So I spend a lot of time studying methods to do that. Personaly, I love old things. Music, movies, tv, radio shows. All the stuff from about the 50's on back. Sometimes I think I ought to be in black and white. Or at least sepia toned.Music
Tom Waits, Johnny Cash, Nick Cave, Bob Dylan, Hank Williams Sr., Old Crow Medicine Show, Carolina Chocolate Drops, the Ramones, the Pogues, Flogging Molly, They Might Be Giants, the Original Carter Family, LeadBelly, Lucinda Williams, Bruce Spingsteen, BR-549 - Basically if they're playing it on the radio or TV, chances are I'm not feeling it. It's not a rule, it's just the way it is.Movies

Indiana Jones Trilogy- "It aint the age, sweetheart. YOU, be cool" Wallace and Gromit- "Everyone knows the moon is made of cheese"
and just about anything involving the Marx Bros., Bill Murray, Peter Cushing, Clint Eastwood, zombies, vampires (real ones, not the prissy Anne Rice kind), samuria (japanese, not american), old movie serials (Flash Grodon, Commander Cody, etc.) and Muppets.Television
Mostly from DVD or syndication. A few favorites include Black Books, My Name is Earl, Home Movies, Simpsons (seasons 1-9. after that they ain't good), Monty Python's Flying Circus, Family Guy, and Frasier. Oh, and Hee Haw. I don't care what you say, that show was funny.Books

First of all, Look To The Skies is my favorite song. The simple fact that there is now a Look To The Skies shirt is awesome enough, but the fact that it was done by you (what with you being an amazing artist) makes it fantastic.
The Edgar Allan Poe shirt is also amazing. I'm running out of rant-energy from ranting at everyone else first, but I really love it, and I plan on buying both shirts as soon as possible.
