Sounds Like
Poetry combined with the best elements in Music
The name 'TACTiLE THE RHYMECHILD' represents tangibility and eternal life thru words, thoughts, emotions, sound, and spirit.
For me, 'thought' is the only true tangible form of existance. You can percieve that your feeling 'matter' which surrounds you. Yet... without the thought that percieves what you are touching, you wouldn't actually feel anything at all.
Music has always been more than just a combination of sounds. It's been an actual feeling... My musical influences run far and wide accross the musical spectrum, yet they all represent something that is actually tangible to me in some form or fashion.
In current times, it seems as though much of the feeling in Music has been replaced with the urge to be rich and famous a lone. 'Heavy marketing schemes' seem to be defining 'successful' so-called music 'artists' especially when it comes to the Hiphop/Rap industry more so than their actual talent.
While several Hiphop producers are still bringing a tangible feeling thru their banging drums and dramatic sound scapes, the rappers seem to be bringing nothing for me to feel. Which is why I chose to venture off on my own and make my own music.
I know it's typical these days to make fun of rappers who focus on money, rims, grills, and chicks... but I'm not in any way about to jump on the rap bashing band wagon. Well maybe a little. LOL...
For real tho.. I just intend to deliver something which you might feel on a different level. Something that focus's on touching your thoughts, emotions, and perspectives. Maybe it'll work... Maybe not.
In any case, I can guaranty that I would never make anything available that I wasn't truely feeling.
You can purchase my debut cd "the Arrival EP" thru several different spots like iTunes, TowerRecords, CD Baby, and thru the following image link which comes straight to me. The cost is 10 bills... plus if you pick one up, I'll also throw in a free poster.
