I love the Beatles, R.E.M., Jeff Buckley, David Garza, Liz Phair, Loudon Wainwright III, Kelly Joe Phelps, Ron Sexsmith, Leonard Cohen, Daniel Lee, Jonathan Byrd, and Nate O'Keefe. Also, I admire scenesters and townies.

My name is Tad Dreis and I'm an indie folk-pop singer-songwriter from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I've made four awesome CDs, and the newest one just came out in September. I play live a lot, and tour the country playing at colleges and other venues. To find out what I'm up to, please JOIN THE EMAIL LIST.

Congratulations on your fourth cd release, Tad! A GIFT FOR YOU!: I'm posting some photos from your show at Jack Sprat Café right now. -Should be up by morning (unless there's a glitch needing human intervention).
See http://www.fotki.com/templesofgrey . They're not a good shoot by any means, but I love taking on challenges. Hope you enjoy them!
Funny story. I had to have my harddrive wiped clean a few weeks ago, and consequently had to reinstall my Itunes. So I've been rating all the music I've collected over the years, and as I was listening to it on random the other day, this really good song came on and when I looked to see who it was by, it was yours! Just thought I'd share. :)
Riding a Kerrville wave through a couple post-fest weeks in ATX. Hope you carried some of it across state lines with you (I know about the checkpoints).
