Tahiti's Dream Breakin' The House In Video
Docklands & I Am The Drug Live @ The Roisin Dubh Galway 13 Feb 07
Tahiti's Dream are a rock ‘n’ roll band, consisting of four ambitious musicians from Galway, Ireland who have one driving aim, to play music to as many people as possible. In their efforts to achieve this aim they have relocated to Liverpool. The band consists of Eoin Dolan, Danny Sheeran, Mark Morley and Geoffrey French, with the classic rock ‘n’ roll line up of two guitars, bass and drums. These four friends, all born and raised in Galway possess a wit and sincerity that is all too often forgotten in contemporary music. This unique attitude along with tasty riffs and catchy melodies have made Tahiti's Dream into one of the most vibrant, energetic and promising young bands to emerge from their native city. ______________________________________________________________
According to HOTPRESS they are "mining a seem brimful of fresh thinking" with tunes that are "bound to get your feet moving" and have been described, by Jenny Huston from RTE 2FM, as "four guys from Galway your not going to forget anytime soon".
______________________________________________________________
For the past eighteen months they have been gigging around Ireland playing venues such as Eamon Doran’s and The Temple Bar Music Centre in Dublin and The Rosin Dubh in Galway. As well as this they have taken part in national showcases such as the IMRO Showcase and the 2FM 2moro 2our. In February they released their debut EP through iTunes. Entitled “Breakin’ The House In” the five track EP has been receiving steady radio airplay as well as critical acclaim including Pick Of The Fortnight in HOTPRESS.

During the coming months the band plan to try and establish themselves on the Liverpool music scene and begin work on the follow up to “Breakin’ The House In”.
“As a band the possibilities are endless” says Eoin Dolan, the bands lead singer and chief songwriter, “all the cards are in our hands, we got youth talent and ambition on our side”.
With there live shows been described as “explosive” and reviews such as drop-d.ie commenting on “amount of energy and feeling the band put into the shows”. There’s no reason not to expect them to achieve their ambitious aims. The dream may soon become a reality.
