I Tailor Made iniziano a suonare assieme alla fine del mese di settembre 2008. Il gruppo è composto da Ennio (chitarra, voce), Jacopo (basso, cori) ed Emanuele. Il progetto nasce dalla comune passione dei tre per il mod revival. Inizialmente dediti ad eseguire le cover dei loro gruppi preferiti (Jam, Secret Affair, Blind Alley, Purple Hearts ecc.), cominciano ben presto a scrivere delle loro composizioni originali, che attualmente costituiscono gran parte del repertorio che propongono durante i loro concerti. L’attività live è frenetica: con meno di un anno di attività alle spalle calcano molti palchi di Torino e della provincia, ma suonano anche a Omegna (VB), Milano, Cantù (CO) e Lucca. Nel luglio del 2009 arrivano i loro due concerti più importanti: la partecipazione al ChicoBum Festival di Borgaro Torinese, in cui aprono il concerto degli Statuto, e la loro prima data all’estero, al Babalu di Monaco di Baviera, dove hanno un grande riscontro da parte del pubblico.
A settembre suonano al raduno mod italiano a Marina di Ravenna e chiudono il loro primo anno di attività con 18 concerti.
Intanto la band produce un demo cd di 4 pezzi completamente autoprodotto e registrato artigianalmente nella loro sala prove, mentre continua la stesura dei brani per il loro album d’esordio.

Tailor Made were formed in Turin, northern Italy, on the end of September 2008. The group consists of Ennio (rhythm guitar, vocals), Jacopo (bass guitar, vocals) and Emanuele (drums). The band was born due to the common passion of the three for mod revival. At first addicted in playing covers of their favourite mod revival bands (Jam, Secret Affair, Blind Alley, Purple Hearts etc.), soon after they started composing their own songs, which currently make up a big part of their live repertoire. Their live activity is frantic: in less than an year, the band has tread different stages of their hometown, Turin and its outskirts, but also Omegna (VB), Milan, Cantù (CO), and Lucca. On July 2009 Tailor Made have played their most important concerts: at the Chicobum Festival, opening act to Statuto, and their first gig abroad, in Munich at Babalu Club, where they received a great support from the audience.
On September the bad has played at the Italian mod meeting in Marina di Ravenna, and ended their first year together playing 18 concerts.
The band has produced a homemade demo, consisting in 4 tracks, and in the meanwhile they are continuing writing new songs that will be included in their debut album.

Weekend è stato registrato il 31 maggio, nella nostra sala prove, con mezzi casalinghi, sotto la supervisione del nostro amico Paolo Bertino, al quale siamo grati. La demo contiene quattro brani: Lei Non Sa, Weekend, Non Ho Voglia and Odio Il Tuo Ragazzo. Sono stati registrati senza troppi "trucchi", per descrivere con più sincerità la nostra musica. Weekend has been recorded on May 31, in our music studio, thus with homemade means, under the supervision of our friend Paolo Bertino, to whom we are thankful. The demo includes four songs: Lei Non Sa, Weekend, Non Ho Voglia and Odio Il Tuo Ragazzo. The tracks have been recorded with few tricks, to be able to describe our music sincerely. Si, si! mi sono trasferita qui!!! avevo bisogno di cambiare aria... io ora vivo ad Alexanderplatz ma conto di spostarmi + ad est.. e poi posso dire che qui i mods sono uno + bello dell'altro?? hi hi hi!!! ed ogni week end partyyyyyyyy!! Ti posto una delle loro + famose mods band.. forse li conosci.. per me erano sconosciuti!!
grazie ancora a te ! demo eccellente.....del resto mi conferma l'impressione che ho avuto quando vi ho visto allo spazio 211 x il tributo a Gigi ( che io conoscevo dai tempi dei blind alley/non e' che sono troppo vecchio ???!!!! :-) ) staya in touch !!!!!!!!
