Tuckaway has existed for quite awhile. It first found voice in the poems of Sherry Hammer, my mother, and eventually found itself embodied in the tunes I was writing with my good friend Bill Tucker. These days the songs are written with and often inspired by the lovely Janelle Hammer, who happens to be the lady I am married to! Delightful!

ryan, thanks for inspiring the first show to pop-off to such a great foamy champagne-like start! the tour ended well with a giantly-attended show in kzoo, and i hope to settle down now with my family for a bit. hope you're well! i'm excited to see you again, whenever that may be. ben
