Unleashing the writer within- someday I'll write the great American Novel, until then my ideas are scattered among various hard drives, notebooks, and journals, mostly in poetry that I have yet to share with anyone. Other than that I highly enjoy MUSIC, COMEDY, sleeping, eating, improv, Dane Cook, Will Ferrel, SNL, being almost famous, dancing on stage with Snoop Dogg, imbibing cocktails, chasing DREAMS, and obtaining degrees I don't necessarily intend to use.
Music
My favorite band of all time is PEARL JAM! I am a child of 90s alternative rock, and thus some all time favorites include Nirvana, Chris Cornell, STP, GNR, NIN, Cure,& Depeche Mode. I can also appreciate and often enjoy the classics of rock and roll which came before my time- Rolling Stones, The Who, The Ramones, The Doors, CCR, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, etc. Currently in rotation on my ipod: LCD Soundsystem, Amy Winehouse, Arcade Fire, Spoon, Kaiser Chiefs, Eliott Smith, The Killers, The Strokes, Margot & the Nuclear So and Sos, Jenny Lewis, Arctic Monkeys, Hellogoodbye, Apples in Stereo, Cat Power, The Editors, The Lemonheads, Jose Gonzalez, Nada Surf, Dashboard Confessional, Iron and Wine, Mates of State, Silversun Pickups, Le Tigre, Beth Orton, Keane, Belle & Sebastian & many more!- Im pretty open to new music, and I love me a live show!!

About me:
I blog.....alot:
www.accordingtotalia.blogspot.com .
I am complicated, yet really very simple. I dream big, and have about a 99% success rate so far of making my dreams come true. I am lucky. No seriously, I have the craziest superficial luck in the world! You want to win a radio contest, I'm your woman! I'll let you rub my belly if you promise to wash your hands first. I'm a lawyer, a writer, and a connoisseur of good food and drinks. I love live music, reading magazines, and laying in the grass on a nice day just watching the clouds turn into recognizable shapes. I'm not into spending money, but I'll splurge for ice cream or Pearl Jam. I don't care much for talking on the phone, but I'm addicted to instant messenger. I was a political science major but I cannot stand talking politics. I think OJ is guilty but I'll never tell you why. I have trouble remembering names but never forget a face. I think Pearl Jam is magic, and that Eddie Vedder is on a higher plane that the rest of us. I was not high when I wrote this. I need a good back massage, but I am too frugal to pay for it. I don't like wearing heels, but I'm short so you'll probably have to lower your glance to look me in the eye. If you've met me, I've probably made you laugh. I probably wasn't trying to be funny at the time. Part of my brain stopped maturing at the age of 7. I find the Smurfs remarkable. I could go on forever about ME, but I realize I probably had you at "complicated".

I agree. I was a big fan, but after his Retaliation CD...I didn't really care for him. Now he's such a D-bag I don't even like Retaliation. I've been on a Louis CK and Mike Birbiglia kick.
