About me: Does anyone actually read this? Well...my life pretty much consists of flying, more flying, and scheming on how to make it pay. I recently began flying aerobatics and my life has been forever changed. It's all i want to do. I'm addicted to physical activity and firmly believe that breaking a sweat every day is good for you. I love the outdoors, have an unhealthy affinity for ski towns, and I'm usually willing to make a fool of myself. I was born batting 1000 and live my life to have fun & spend money foolishly. I live on a cattle ranch, own a wedding photography business, and I'm trying to learn spanish and french. That's probably more than you wanted to know, but enough about me, let's talk about flying...

Nope, I used to I live in Simi Valley now (just north west of LA), and my plane lives in Santa Paula. Seems like you are moving right along, GOOD FOR YOU!!! I don't even have my instrument yet. I bought a plane (after saving up for a long time) and quit my job to start building hours nearly a year ago, but then I broke my foot in 11 places I coudn't fly and had lots of medical bills and things to deal with, put me off track with building hours, and the financial aspect of it, so I now I work M-F 8-5....which gets in the way a lot, DAMN JOB!! I mainly fly on the weekends, just short cross countries here and there. What school are you going through? I started looking at schools and all the different options just started making my head spin, I am pretty much just trying to build as many hours on my own right now until I get some time to start working on my instrument.
