Talking Sages are an experimental freestyling-improvising band based in London.
Two of London’s finest freestyle MCs Bill Zoot and Twinky Blu have joined forces with some of the jazz scene’s most exciting talents to develop the compositions of trumpet player and composer Pete Horsfall.
They debuted at The Others venue in east London and are purveyors of a highly original sound which is equally in debt to Steve Coleman, Erick Sermon, Jason Moran and MF DOOM (amongst countless others).
