Rehearsal Information: The Talk of Tulsa Show Chorus welcomes visitors to our Monday evening rehearsals. Both singers and non-singers may come to enjoy the harmony of our rehearsals as we learn and fine-tune our music and choreography. Singers are encouraged to borrow a copy of our current repertoire for the evening, come up on the risers, and sing along to really experience the thrill of being "in" the chorus. Or, if you prefer, you may sit back and listen along with the audience as we learn and work to perfect our craft.
Do you love to sing and dance?

Organized in 2002, the chorus took FIRST PLACE in the small chorus division in its first Sweet Adeline's Region 25 Competition in Dallas, TX. This is a noteworthy accomplishment for such a small chorus competing for the first time. "We sing a cappella four-part harmony, but we are different from the traditional barbershop group in that we perform a wide selection of music ranging from jazz and big band to pop, gospel, and more," explains Director, Frank Friedemann. "Our aim is to stage an act that entertains our audiences with an energy-packed show and a variety of music!" In April 2005, the chorus placed 4th overall at the Dallas regional. Competing against choruses numbering 100 or more, this is a mighty achievement for a chorus of approximately 20 members and a first in our region!
