Taller Ce fue inagurado el 1 de octubre de 2005 como la casa del taller de cantautores y una de las pocas cooperativas culturales del pais. A solo un año de abrir sus puertas, El Taller, que antes contaba solo con actividades los miercoles, jueves, viernes y sabados, comenzó a ofrecer actividades los siete dias de la semana. Este Cafe Teatro, ubicado en la calle Robles num. 55 en rio piedras, junto con el teatro Diplo, teatro- estudio Yerbabruja y el teatro de la universidad, se ha convertido en una parte escencial de un circuito cultural que lleva como tarea brinadrle a rio piedras espacios alternativos de expresion y esparcimiento que hace tiempo se hacia necesario.
