ABOUT THE BAND
Paul and Tim have been friends for a very long time. In his bowl cut years, Tim would return home from school, crying to his mother because his big brother and Paul constantly picked on him. Eventually Tim realized that the hazing and picking upon were simply Paul's way of saying "Hey, Tim... lets make music, kiddo! Now cut your bowl cut, fool."
So Tim broke the bowl and let his locks grow into something that would soon rival the midnight, tornadic cones that perpetually flow from Paul's fortified scalp like individual whirlpools of fury. They also began playing music with two guitars and two voices. They began harmonizing like "heart and soul." They couldn't get enough.
Tall Heights has no lead singer or back-up singer (unless you ask Paul when he's spitting game) nor is there a main composer. It's all 49/51 split. Oh! and their name! What a creation! Tim (the smarter of the two) came up with the name. Tim Harrington + Paul Wright= Taul Hight = Tall Height = Tall Heights. Brilliant! The two continue to search for a less shallow meaning of their group name.
