Escape

Music is an escape on many levels, from minor to major. It is a release from boredom (a little thing we call entertainment) as well as an introspective journey into self by way of another's creativity. That second quality of music is achieved only in the most quality-rich music and Tamim falls squarely into the category of high quality. Music, in the words of Tamim, is “a chance to escape, to journey to places in the mind, to experience anxiety, relief ...” Music helps you confront the negative and turn it into the positive. Tamim's background in other styles of music than electronica allows for the infusion of unique textures, appealing diversions from the norm that deliver only excellence from any given song penned and performed by Tamim.
