Tami accompanies herself with Karaoke sound tracks for most shows but has sang with several different bands over the years and shown much versatility as she has performed , today's country, traditional country, classic rock, traditonal & contemporary gospel, and even some older classics for programs for seniors and care facilities, for which she performs regularly. "Singing is my first love, there's nothing I'd rather be doing, but everything got put on hold for many years while raising a family. Now responsibilities have shifted and allowed me to be active again with performing, and I can't get enough! My passion for music never died, and I'm excited to be performing again! "
In recent years she has performed at many festivals, fairs, contests, fundraisers, and events around southern lower Michigan. Tami was featured at Prairieville Farm Days, near Delton, MI. Home to Michigan's Country Music Hall of Fame, where they have country music shows every night of their week long festival. She also appeared in costume, as Miss Patsy Cline, for their annual impersonation night. Tami entertained at Vermontville's Maple Syrup Festival in 2008 & is scheduled again in 2009. One of Michigan's oldest festivals and draws thousands every Spring! She has performed for her home town's (Bellevue) annual Antique Engine & Tractor Show, every year since 2005. Other noted performances include The Gavel Restaurant for Celebrate Charlotte , Charlotte's Evelyn Bay Coffee Shop, Eaton County Fair and Charlotte Performing Arts Center for Musical Madness.
Tami has competed for many different contests and won numerous awards in recent past, including Battle Creek's " Small Town Idol " , Charlotte Frontier Days Karaoke Showdown, Spring Arbor's Mt. Hope Mission, Olivet Firemens Days, Eaton and Jackson County Fairs.
Tami enjoys making guests appearances with bands in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area, including open mic night each Monday at The Country Fever in Assyria, MI.
Tami is available for musical entertainment for clubs and private celebrations such as weddings, Christmas parties, reunions, and mixes her vocals with your favorite CD's of all genres, for your dancing or listening pleasure.
