The ALEXIS Alert System is on its way !!! This system was the idea of Tammy Searle in San Diego - who abruptly and incorrectly had her little girl taken from California with the aide of an invalid order from Tennessee and at the hand of the biological father and his girlfriend in Franklin, Tennessee - Keith Pfister & Debra Martinez-Brissette.
This happens quite a bit in the U.S. - the ALEXIS Alert System will greately reduce the amount of parental abductions in the U.S. - currently around 500,000 children a year are taken by a parent or family member.

All of our proposed laws were ACCEPTED by the TN Legislature and assigned bill numbers yesterday !
Former Judge Lonnie Hoover in Williamson County, TN issued many void orders - if you have had a case before Judge Hoover, Judge Al Nations or Judge Lee Davies, please contact me soon ! We are streaming the info to the FBI as fast as we get it - so hurry - the case against all three is mounting !
Also - we are still forwarding the incredible amount of information regarding corruption in Williamson County, TN to the FBI and TBI... Keep sending in info on former Judge - now atty Lonnie Hoover, Judge Al Nations and Judge Lee Davies. Your affadavit must state "I am requesting a full investigation into".. then list the corrupt persons full name and title.

Are you a SWIMMER?
Today I was talking to a dear friend of mine who like me, is asked by many for assistance in their custody cases. He is overwhelmed with the amount of people that seek his help and quite honestly – so am I !
So I had to ask him – are your surrounding yourself with swimmers? He of course had no idea what I meant so I went on to explain.
Let’s just say you are at an outdoor event. You hear screaming and come to find out there are several people out in the middle of a lake yelling for help. You know how to swim, in fact you are a magnificent swimmer – BUT there are several people out there and you simply cannot save them all at once.
So you yell over to a group of people on shore – they come running up to you to see what is the matter. You start asking them one by one – Can you swim? - some answer YES right away and jump in to start swimming to help the others in need. Others reply – “Well, I used to swim, not really good at it though….” – OUT OF THE WAY you must tell these people. After all time is of the essence here … others tell you “Well, I always wanted to learn how to swim, if you could teach me, I would swim and help you.” … again, OUT OF THE WAY you must tell these people. Others tell you "I would help, but do not want to ruin my clothing. … again, OUT OF THE WAY you must tell these people. After all time is of the essence here.
You simply must decipher in a very limited amount of time as to who your team of people is going to be – after all, you don’t want to be on your way out there to discover that someone that you chose to help you now is in need of help because they do not know how to swim.
So – as you go through this journey with your child custody case or any other journey for that matter, continually ask yourself when taking on new friends, attorneys and others into your life – Are they swimmers?
As you seek assistance from others, ask yourself – Are YOU a swimmer? In order to get what you are seeking you must help others along the way to achieve what they are trying to achieve…. You must surround yourself with like-minded people.
My purpose of this guide is to share my knowledge on becoming a magnificent SWIMMER . Then you can attain what you want while mentoring other swimmers along the way.
Please grab your favorite blanket, make that cup of tea, grab a red pen and highlighter and get ready to learn how to become a SWIMMER !!
