I love Music.....I love teaching music and working with children. Children are our future, and we must preserve their intellect and talents. I also am the lead vocalist in a R&B Group called "The Blue Eyed Soul Revue." I've had a wonderful journey with this group. I've learned alot and met alot of great people along the way.
I'm also the backup vocalist for "Percy Sledge"...a 2005 Inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I've also done shows with recording artist "Jean Knight" (Mr. Big Stuff) "Jimmy Clanton" (Just a Dream),"Clarence Frog Man Henry" and many other wonderful intertainers. I've also recorded on several different CD's with different artists such as, "Chris Wells" (Rooms with Color), "Joe Barry" (Down That Muddy Road) "Martin Folse", "Emmet Boudreaux", "Tim Dusenberry" (Mustang Sally) and actually have a "record" (when I was very young) called "Heartbreak Merry Go Round"....much to my surprise it actually was on the top 50 of the Country Charts for a while. And of course, recorded with "Blue Eyed Soul Revue"...Pershing Wells produced that CD...(by the way a great sound engineer...) and looking forward to putting out my very own CD...(with all originals) in the very near future...But right now I stay extremely busy with my new Groups...."Creative Music 4 Kids"....check out the website...It's really awsome that God has given me this talent to be able to share with so many young and talented kids. About me: You know life's lessons are part of what every individual grows into and becomes. I could probably write a book about my life and all the trials and tribulations that I have lived and learned. And who knows....maybe one day I will. For now, I'll give you a brief summary of who I really am. First of all, I am a very easy going person.... I believe in complete honesty and trust...I love my life and wouldn't change anything about it. However, I didn't always think that way, and have I made mistakes along the way....of course...everyone has. But, do all people live and learn by their mistakes? I think my mistakes have made me the person I am today...Because each challanging time in my life, yes, I have questioned...but as I look back now...that is what has made me the person I am today...Everything in life is a part of a growing period. You live you learn. You get slapped in the face with things that you think you'll never ever live through. But you do. Life throws you so many curve balls...you just have to be ready and know how to catch them and deal with them when you do.....And God knows, he's thrown me some heavy curve balls, and yes...I wondered... Why me? You deal with it and go on...That's what makes you the person that you are today. Live for today, like there is no tomorrow.
