A native of Boston, Superdave moved to Tampa Bay in 1999 after earning his Bachelor's degree in music from a prestigious New England college. Since 1982, he has written, recorded and performed with various bands in the New England and Tampa Bay areas including There, Ground Zero, the Rush tribute band Continuum and most recently Fall 2 Earth. He has shared the stage with Milford Graves, Peter Golub and Allen Shawn, among other innovative composers and performers.
In addition to drumming, his vast musical resume includes studio and live recording/mixing/mastering experience, click track and sequencer experience and in 1993, he performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. His wide-ranging influences include everything from the classic rock of Rush, Led Zeppelin, U2 and The Police to the alternative rock of Tonic, Tool, Sixx:A.M. and the Foo Fighters. He is a Pro-Mark Certified Product Specialist and is a member of the American Federation of Musicians Local 427-721.
