THE LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS TO THE TAMPA BAY SHOOTOUT:

The location of the Shootout is 14805 Grimsby Pl.

Time: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Take I-275 or Dale Maybry to Bearrss Ave go east or west to Smitter Rd. Make either a sharp left turn or make a right depending on the location you are coming from. Make first right on Charring Cross Pl. Make 2nd right onto Westmoreland. Go to Grimsby Pl on your right.

The house is 11,000 sq ft. Food and beverages will be provided.

WHAT WILL I LEARN AT THE SHOOTOUT?

You will learn new lighting techniques for both inside and outside.

The use of strobe lights, hot lights, reflectors, scrims, fill flash and the use of gray cards.

How to pose models.

We strive to achieve a ratio of 1 1/2 to 1, photographer to model. Thereby all models who attend the shootout will receive as many images as needed for their portfolios.

We expect to have as many as 30 photographers and 20 models.

WILL THE MODELS & PHOTOGRAPHERS SIGN A RELEASE?

Both Models and Photographers are required to sign an agreement whereby both parties agree that the sale of the model's images or pictures are strictly prohibited. Both the Model and the Photographer agree that all photographs are for Promotional purposes ONLY. Both parties agree that should a third party have an interest in the pictures that both parties shall contact each other to discuss the terms of the sale or transfer to the interested party.

AS A MODEL ARE THERE ANY FEES TO ATTEND THE SHOOTOUT?

We never charge models to attend the Shootout or any seminar.

DO MODELS RECEIVE A COPY OF ALL THE PICTURES?

All photographers sign an agreement whereby they agree that all images of models shot at the Shoot Out are to be placed on a disk and to be given to the models.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE PROVIDED?

Fresh coffee, soft drinks, bottled water and energy drinks will be provided complimentary for participants. Food will be available from 11AM until 4PM. Beverages will be available all day!

AS A PHOTOGRAPHER WHAT IS THE FEE TO ATTEND THE SHOOTOUT?

The SHOOTING FEE to attend the Shootout is only $299.00 payable in advance.

The Fee is payable by check or money order. The fee covers the cost of Shooting the models on SATURDAY and SUNDAY and the COLLEEN SHANNON CELEBRITY PARTY. The FEE does not include your traveling expences and hotel accomodations.

By submitting the registration fee and participating in the Tampa Bay Shootout, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. You agree that the registration fee is non-refundable, all sales final, unless the event itself is cancelled in total. 2. You understand and agree that the promoter has the right to postpone the event or change the location of the event, in leiu of cancellation, at their discretion. 3. You agree and understand that lodging, meals, transportation or other benefits are not included with event registration unless otherwise specified on the event web site description. 4. You agree and understand that this is a professional environment but open to all experience levels, therefore we will not tolerate participants who arrive intoxicated, cause trouble during the event or anyone that makes the other photographers and models uncomfortable.
