June 27th..National HIV Testing Day!! is an opportunity for people to get tested, know their status, and unite in the fight against HIV and AIDS in the Black community. This year, it's up to you, me and us to stop the spread of HIV and erase the stigma. SPREAD THE WORD AND THE LOVE.

However, May is Stroke Awareness Month. Know your symptoms and how to prevent one. Cuz time lost is brain lost.
Heart Disease remains the #1 killer amonst woman (and men). More woman die of heart disease than cancer,even breast cancer.
Stroke is #1 in long-term disability and #3 killer in the US.
Please educate yourself on the risks to reduce your chances for both heart disease &
stroke.
