Well--for starters, I'm a huge animal advocate. I sometimes feel more connected to animals than people...lol. Strange but true! If I believed our bodies would be healthier eating vegan, I would...however, as much as I hate to admit it... I have come to know that some of our furry friends are here as a food source.( HUMANELY OF COURSE!)
Other interests include organic foods and products, alternative health, and astrology (I'm a Scorpio with Gemini moon) Weight training ranks up there on my daily "to do" list. And while it's definitely an "interest", it is sometimes what I consider my necessary evil! I have a love/hate relationship with the gym! I mean...let's face it--I'd rather eat ice cream and pizza or sit around watching TV while topping off a good bottle of red most nights! But living like that makes me feel and look like crap! .. so vanity wins out here...lol.
I CHOOSE to live healthy and the reward is worth the sacrifice. So to all of you looking for the "magic" pill, diet, or a way to skip out on SWEATING... it just comes down to this-- fun or not.....if you really want to be fit and take good care of yourself, you are going to have to get your ass up, WORK OUT HARD AND EAT CLEAN HEALTHY FOOD MOST OF THE TIME--PERIOD! Anyone who tells you other wise is full of shit!

My heart is with ROCK....all types really. I love the classics, the glam 80's, and modern/alternative. I am a HUGE fan of European style melodic and symphonic rock like Kamelot, Nightwish, and Lacuna Coil. Some of my fav bands of all time are: Van Halen, Motley Crue, The Cult, Faith No More, Sevendust, Saliva, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Three Days Grace, Alter Bridge, Korn, Godsmack, Skillet and Pillar... and I love Nikki Sixx's new band SIXX AM.
CURRENTLY--I am not committed to a band. I can't seem to find the right "fit" and have decided to take my time doing it. When it happens, I'll know it's right. Please inquire within...

Not big on tv... I'd rather read ... But I do love stand up COMEDY-- Lisa Lampanelli and Brian Regan are my favorites.
Books
Have to be non fiction ! Anything related to natural health, diet, nutrition, human psychology, etc... If my cranium isnt fed, I get BORED. My next book will be Nikki Sixx's THE HEROIN DIARIES. Should be a good read!

Born in Indiana, raised in Va. Beach, Virginia, I've been in Charlotte now since 1996. My life has been a complicated mixture of pain, heartache , and joy, just like the rest of us, right? The difference is-- I choose not to dwell in my hardships ( there are many) and I try to live my life hoping the best from others...however EXPECTING the worst. That has allowed me the freedom of forgiveness on alot of personal levels. Yet- there is a madness that still sometimes swells within. That "intensity" is what propels me in all I do and the people I involve myself with.
I have many so- called "friends" but find myself with only a handful of individuals that I can truly share myself with. Those people have my loyalty and know my true character, as they give unconditionally and re-define my hopes in the word "friendship."
As far as my profesional passions--I have two. I am a published fitness/bikini model and work as a part time promotional model as well. Some of the publications I have appeared in include: AMERICAN CURVES MAGAZINE, MUSCLEMAG INTERNATIONAL, PLANET MUSCLE, AND FHM. I am currently a spokesmodel for BODYBUILDING.COM and a new product by INNER ARMOUR called Cardio Fire. My second passion in life is MUSIC!!! I am a vocalist with a strong affinity for all that RAWKS! (Please see my music section for details.) Formerly the lead singer for a band called POPROXX here in Charlotte, NC -- I felt the need to part ways with them when the project didn't seem to "evolve." I am looking for the near-perfect situation with my next band and don't want to settle for anything less. With that being said, I have a few "projects" I'll be working on in the upcoming months that should finally get me back on stage where I call HOME! I'll keep you posted with updates as this rolls along but until then... thanks to all of you who continue to show me support and love on this page! I have a horrible time writing/commenting back....but please know I cherish every kind thought and words you send my way!
