We offer professional, and quality home repair and limited remodel service. Only $40 an hour! Our Craftsman has over 19 years experience in the skilled trades as well as extensive property management/maintenance experience.

We serve: West Seattle (where we are located!), Queen Anne, Magnolia, Downtown Seattle, Greenlake area, U-District, Ravenna, Greenwood, Ballard, North Seattle, Capitol Hill, First Hill, Lake City, Sand Point area, South Seattle. Other areas depending on job and location.

Rates are a simple $40 an hour for residential, or we will be happy to do a "set amount" for you, depending on the project. If hourly, there is a two hour minimum. Materials are the responsibility of the customer, however, we will be happy to shop and transport the materials for no charge. (Gratuity is always welcome!)

We are happy to walk through the project area with you, and create a materials list.
There are no service charges, and as always, estimates are free!
