I am an avid independent artist that currently resides on the West Coast of Canada-born and bred Prairie girl through and through.
I paint in oil and acrylic, use paper, cloth, thread, glue, pens and buttons in random collage and creative projects. Click on my website above for examples of my work.
The main media I am involved in these days, that makes my bread and butter is Handmade Felt and Fibre Art.
Spent a handful o' years in the Art Dept. of Film & T.V.
Traveled to Asia, Europe..got the travel bug- it bit me really hard. yee-ouch!
Who I'd like to meet: People who are interested in what I do. People who like to share. People who appreciate the arts and seriously handmade goods.
I'd like to meet unconventional, soulful, funky individuals who like to hum to their own tune... ESPECIALLY on public transit. (YOU know who you are.) :)
ahem--I figure a few ol' friends out there may stumble along and see this. If that's you...WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!???
I missed you!! I really mean it. I miss you & I love you indefinitely.
honest.
xoxoxo ~slurp~
