"As Shiva exhales deeply, he imagines he is pushing the light energy from his sex center through Shakti's body to the crown of her head.
At the same time Shakti inhales deeply, imagining she is pulling the energy up from her sex center to her crown chakra.
Shiva inhales, pulling the energy back from his partner's crown through her sex center to his sex center and all the way up to his crown.
Shakti exhales and pictures the energy flowing from the crown of her head through both sex centers and up to the crown of his head.
One is inhaling and the other is exhaling as the energy flows back and forth between them.
After moving energy back and forth for several minutes, both partners relax the imagery and tune in to the feeling in their bodies.
