Religion / Psychology / Travelling / Languages / Artistic Expressions / Sociology / History / I am an abstract thinker, and I am intrigued by any thing that is not ordinary.
Music
I listen to everything. Some of my all time favorites that I will listen to anytime anyday are LED ZEPPELIN, PINK FLOYD, PAUL OAKENFOLD, TIESTO, FERRY CORSTEIN, and DELERIUM.......
Movies
I like reality base movies and some funny stuff too sometimes. Some of my favorites are SAW, Crash, My Own Private Idaho, Where the Day Takes You, Good Will Hunting, The Talented Mr. Ripley...
Godfather! Twelve Angry Men! An Inconvenient Truth! CASABLANCA. THE MALTESE FALCON. GONE WITH THE WIND.
Lately I've enjoyed some Hitchcock films. Liked One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Wag the Dog was amusing, especially when Dustin Hoffman's character reassured everybody that "THIS IS NOTHING!" whenever doom was imminent. Ripley's Game with John Malkovich was fun to watch, cuz he was so much more eerie than Matt Damon in the OTHER Ripley film.
Television
Anderson Cooper 360, Flavor of Love, Charmed School, History Channel
Books
The Color of Water, A Million Little Pieces, Passionate Decalarations, Man's Search for Meaning, The Bible, The Way of Buddha, The Fuck-Up, Tuesdays With Maury...
Catcher in the Rye is a masterpiece, baby. Lately I've read: A Short History of Nearly Everything, The Fountainhead, The Wal-Mart Effect, Les Miserables, Robinson Crusoe, Fast Food Nation, Buffetology, and on and on.

Who I'd like to meet: Learning to define the process of defining their fates, they broke themselves free of the chains that their peers and the apathetic and cold heart of the economy had linked them with, and decided to make their own destinies. Their eyes widened, and pupils dilated, burning and bloodshot from the hours of tedious staring at the same suit and tie always telling them how to behave, omnipresent but always with a different face. When the elements inside were unbound from the chains, the cool of resolve eased the sting of open eyes, the consistency of determination constricted their pupils so that they can see through the brightness of the light, and see the path they would chase high above. The human animal released; the simultaneous existence of desire and discipline, like a growing bonfire checked by a hungry ocean. They shot up into the sky screaming like phoenix aiming for the rims of the solar system, because it was humanity to feel, and humanity to explore.

Well, I have three kids with all their learning and activities, and I have finals comings up, as well as papers and reports, and I hurt my damn right foot Sat. morning. I almost thought I broke it, half of it turned blue...but I drove to school anyway today and hobbled around campus. And I need some freakin' pain pills, Tylenol ain't doin' shit! Oh, and the kids are now out of school for this entire week. Plus, been fightin' with the stupid man in my life. Ummm, is that enough? Want to know about moody cycle, too, which I've chosen not to take meds for cause it keeps me from concentrating. Huh? huh? huh? What about you? :)
Hey, I forgot to tell you that I hope you have a good Thanksgiving with your family, friends, significant other or with who ever you end up spending it with this year.
Too bad you didn't warn me! Melissa was in the City this weekend for her birthday. We could have gotten together for a drink, coffee or something. I would have enjoyed hearing you comment on her "Big Ass" like you use to do years ago. Actually, she flaked out on me & Sue so it probably wouldn't have happened anyway. Oh well, I hope you had fun!
well I haven't heard about Nick in ages but I'm pretty sure Mike is still married to Francine well at least he was last time I see them but it's been a few years so who knows lol
