For more than 35 years, we have played a key role in delivering reproductive health care and HIV counseling and testing to all those who live in western Massachusetts. By combining caring, community-based health-care services with the most recent advances in medical practice, we have made sure that those who are most in need can get the care they deserve, regardless of ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or income.

Also the George W. Bush presidential Executive Order 13217.Which means it has been designated a nationwide problem!
