Well I actually have several 'heroes'...My Mema, for putting up the best cancer battle I have ever witnessed. My parents, for staying married for this long, even through bad times. My mother-in-law Debbie, for raising the perfect man for me while she was still a child herself.
Alright, I suppose it is time to update! My husband Anthony and I had our 2 year anniversary in May, and this September we have been together for 9 years total (woah) The house is no longer new, since we've lived in it for almost 2 years now :p We don't have any children (yet). We do have 3 non-human daughters though. Kiki, our ancient calico cat....we have yet to find out how old she is! And Lucy, our large and loveable 3 year old black Lab. of course, our newest addition to the family, over a year ago - Skittles!!! She's a tiny 4 pound fluff-ball Maltese Between the 3 of them, we have our hands full for now :)
Anthony started nurse anesthesia school this January and was away from me for 4 months :( He is home now for the summer, and will be in Pine Bluff for 4 months, and then back to Conway...he will rotate between COnway and Pine Bluff every 4 months for the next 2 years. Yep, he won't be finished with school until May....2011! It seems so far away, but we know it will come soon!
I finished my Dietetic Internship in May this year, and I am STILL on the job hunt. It's pretty tough right now, but hopefully I can find something before the end of the summer! I take my Board exam to become a Registered Dietitian on July 30th...so cross your fingers for me!!!
Male nurses make me smile :) Old people make me happy. Strawberry chapstick and Burt's Bees Balm are the best lip products ever. I love my mitsubishi Galant even though it is a 'mommy car' and I am not a mommy. Driving the Dodge is fun : ) Rainy days make me want to sleep. My dream vacation spot is Sydney, Australia. I love to cook. I know more than most of you about food and nutrition. Yankee Candle's Cinnamon Sticks is the best smell ever. And last but not least, I love you Anthony!
um.... so I heard that you shot a deer. You are one up on Josh this year, he has only shot 2 coyotes... that we proceeded to have a "coyote tossing" wiht at the pond. I will explain later. Oh, and Josh and I have a question about a Will, a person in a vegetative state and/or coma, and congical(sp?) visits. That will also get an explanation later. I will call.

First week of school was good for her. It was tough on me though. I just can't figure out were the last 5 years have gone. The house is coming up fast and I am so excited.
