When you blend rich, folk intensity with a country flare, you have the pure vocal sound of singer/songwriter, Tara Gess. As a native of the small town of Palmyra, Wisconsin, Tara grew up listening to country favorites, namely, Deana Carter, Alison Kraus and Emmylou Harris, and folk artists such as Jewel, Patty Griffin and Sarah McLachlan. Tara was a born entertainer and at the age of 3, announced to her parents that she was going to be “a country songer” when she grew up.
Well Tara is all grown up now, and has had plenty of life experiences to draw from to complete her latest project, called Here And There. It includes the heartbreaking song, “I'm Gonna Miss Your Love,” the sassy, “Gone Fishin',” and “I Like Me,” a song of self-assurance and empowerment.
“It’s easy to write songs that touch meee at a real, deep level,” Gess says, “the art is when another listener, even if it’s just one person, feels that you’ve just told their life story.” And that’s exactly what Tara Gess is all about…being real with the good, the bad, and the ugly emotions that both bless and plague our day-to-day living.
After finishing up her latest project, Tara is hitting the road with her CD, red Takamine, and a smile. Look for Tara Gess taking on the songwriter’s nights in Nashville, Tennessee or blazing the icy roads of Wisconsin!

Hi! :) I sometimes check it to see if anything is new. I have gone back and forth about deleting it though... hum... to delete? or not delete? that is the question...
CountryHome Forum have more than 5,000 members. Each news you submit to CountryHome Forum will released to my weekly Newsletter with more than 50,000 readers.
Please submit your artist news and events to CountryHome Forum to help your artists to get well known better in Europe. If you do not have the time to submit your artist news and events by yourself, please send it me to: Ch.Lamitschka@t-online.de and I will submit them by myself to CountryHome Forum.
I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
Thanks
Christian
